The modern swimming pool (50 m.) with two diving boards (3 and 5 m.) on Tržní square is a center of active relaxation. A real boast of the swimming pool is the toboggan (107 m.), the longest slide in the Czech Republic. It is popular above all with the young generation. Older visitors watch them with envy and claim that this type of entertainment is not there thing (when the truth is that they are scared). However, the swimming pool is open on weekdays till 10pm. The toboggan is quiet in the evening and then everybody can try this hilarious descent. In the building there is also a sauna for both men and women. On Monday the sauna is open for couples. Experienced masseurs can relieve your stiff muscles. For smaller groups of visitors there is the new R-club with a whirlpool, a sauna, a massage shower, a waterbed and a solarium.

Inside the swimming pool there are two steam rooms (Included in the ticket price- One for men and one for woman). Two bubble whirlpools, a little swimming pool for non swimmers and a swimming pool with a small slide for children. The swimming pool gave birth to a number of top sportsmen. Some visitors fight the water, working out, and closely watch there time. There are more and more visitors, however, who enjoy just lying in the water letting the bubbles in the whirlpool tickle them, whizzing along the toboggan or playing with there children in the small pool. Next to the toboggan there is a child's heaven with a cave, a small slide, a wild river and another small whirlpool. In the summer months the outside premises, connected directly to the swimming pool, are very popular. You can play beach volleyball or mini golf or just lay in the grass and enjoy the sun. Sunbathing is also provided in the winter in our three solariums. To improve your physical condition you can visit the fitness center - wellness - with numerous "tormenting" machines, or the aerobically. A barber, a beauty parlor and a chiropodist are also on hand to offer their services. After all the exercise you will appreciate the restaurant where you can choose from 20 different pizzas and enjoy a view on the swimming pool. The swimming pool has recently become a popular destination for family trips, not only for the inhabitants of Liberec, but also for our neighbors from Germany, Poland and other countries as well. All those who are looking for an active way of spending their free time, relaxation and exercise at the same time are very welcome.
