Sport
center Bouřňák is located between the villages Mikulov and
Moldava in the Ore mountains (Krušné hory). The center
provides 4 downhill tracks in the direction of Mikulov and 1 downhill
track in the direction of Hrob. The children's downhill "Ú dolíčko"
and two ski schools are situated in Mikulov. Ski lifts are open daily.
The center of cross-country skiing is the "Ski Stadium" in Nové Město
- FIS cross-country skiing tracks: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 km, and touristy
tracks: 5, 10 and 15 km. The tracks have daily mechanical maintenance. Other
services like: restaurant, snack bar and touristy chalet Karlštějn
in Mikulov with the capacity of 22 beds.
