Hotel Skalní Mlýn ***
The Skalni Mlyn Hotel is a three-star hotel, with more than a seventy-year-old tradition. It is situated right in the heart of the Moravian Karsts National Nature Reserve. Thousands of tourists come to see the Reserve's main attractions - The Macocha Abyss and the calcite caves, and to take a unique boat trip on the underground river - the Punkva.

Gastronomy & Accommodation
In the hotel, there are numerous facilities to satisfy the needs of our guests, For example: restaurant, night restaurant / piano bar, summer terraces, fitness center, lift, Exchange, and other facilities. All hotel rooms have private toilets and showers, and are equipped with telephone, radio, and a TV set (satellite). The hotel has its own parking lot. Rooms: 2 Studio's, 29 double rooms, 4 single rooms, 2 triple rooms and 5 family rooms. Total capacity of 42 rooms with 98 beds.

Surroundings
The surrounding National Nature Reserve makes possible all sorts of relaxation activities. The visitors can choose from 33 kinds of family trips that have been compiled for them, to the countryside surrounding the hotel. There is an intersection of hiking routes and a nature trail in the close vicinity of the hotel. Not far from it is also the station of road train to the Punkevni Caves. From the Caves, the visitors can continue and reach the Macocha Abyss by cable way. In the complex, there is also the service of bicycles to rent, which is quite important since the karsts valleys are closed to all motorcar traffic. The town of Brno is 30 km from here.

Training Seminars
Thanks to its location in the middle of beautiful and quiet region of the Moravian Karsts, the Skalni Mlyn Hotel *** has always been a very sought-after place for organizing of training seminars, company presentations, parties, and business meetings. Two spacious seminar rooms for closed meetings can seat up to 20 persons. For larger groups, we will be happy to make the night restaurant available, with a seating capacity up to 40 persons. The restaurant can be blacked out. The seminar rooms are standard equipped with TV sets, videos, flip charts, and overhead projector. The countryside surrounding the hotel offers a range of leisure activities: renting of mountain bikes, visiting the Punkevni Caves or take a boat trip on the underground river the Punkva, or hiring the skittle-alley in the near town of Blansko, go horse riding, or to make long evenings more pleasurable, the Hotel will be happy to organize musical entertainment. Out of season, the use of seminar accommodation with breakfast will be with special discount.
