Location
The
nice holiday house is situated in the picturesque village of Přední Výtoň
nr. 69 in Frymburk, 300 meters from the lake Lipno, in the virgin nature of
the Bohemian Forest. It lies on the right side of the lake. The house is 4
km from the border crossing Guglwald in the direction of Austria, approx. 40
km from Linz, Austria, and 65 km from the German city Passau. It is very
popular in the summer, because of its many possibilities for water sport recreation

Accommodation
2 parts of the house are for rent. The front part and the back part.
The front part:
hallway, living room with Sat/TV, Toilet, bathroom with shower, bedroom for
4 persons (extra bed in living room is possible) and there is a small
kitchen corner for cooking. It has a water cooker, micro wave, cooking plate
for 2 pots, fridge and plates and all you need to have dinner. There is a
heater for the winter months. The house has a garden with a parking place
next to the house and there is place to sit outside in the summer. The house
offers own bedding and electricity and water is included in the price.
The back part:

Sport
possibilities
There is a new sports center built on the shore of the lake, with a beach,
tennis courts, a soccer pitch, a volleyball field and a children's sports
ground for our smallest family members. The surroundings offer a number of
possibilities for tourists (excursions to Český Krumlov, the castles
of Rožmberk and Vítkův kámen, the chateau of Hluboká, the monastery
of Vyšší Brod etc.), cycling, fishing (lake and fly fishing), yachting
(with possibilities of boat renting), mushrooming and golfing. In the
wintertime the surroundings offer good conditions for skiing (at Kramolín,
Sternstein or Hochficht) and ice-skating. Skiing trips in the Alps around
Salzburg can be arranged for more demanding skiers.
