If you have interest for a certain accommodation, you can express it through our website by the reservation form, an E-mail or you just call us. If the accommodation you wish is available and you agree you will receive a reservation confirmation. The use of the accommodation is exclusive for those who are mentioned on the reservation confirmation. Payments can be made by a bank transfer. The first payment contains 50% of the total amount. The first payment needs to be transferred within one day after the reservation confirmation on the account of Zinger Travel. The rest amount has to be transferred on Zinger Travel’s account three weeks before your arrival. If you make a reservation four weeks before your arrival you have to transfer the total amount at once. If you make reservations within 3 weeks before arrival you have to make a transfer with the total amount to Zinger Travel’s account by telephone. In cases that payments are not on time Zinger Travel has the right to cancel the reservation. Already paid money will not be returned. In this case the general cancel conditions are appropriate. Zinger Travel does not charge reservation- administration or other costs for your reservation of accommodation, with an exception of reservations for the Slovak Republic. Here Zinger Travel will charge an extra amount of 8 Euro, for the bank costs Zinger Travel has to make for their payment. Reservations (there where excepted) for one night will be charged with 20% extra. |

Make reservations today and leave tomorrow. That is possible because of the good contacts we have with the accommodation owners. With last minute reservation you have to transfer the total amount of money by telephone on Zinger Travel’s account, so we can send the necessary travel documents by E-mail or fax. |

| Changing the agreement | |

It can always happen that you want to change something in the agreement after Zinger Travel made already the documents. For example if you want to change the length of your stay, the number of persons or the arrival date. After consult together, it can be possible. Note: If you want to reduce the number of persons or reduce the length of your stay, the general cancel conditions will be appropriate. Primary we don't charge any reservation costs, but for a certain change in the agreement we will charge you € 15,- as a compensate for the extra administration work. Zinger Travel has also the right to change the agreement on certain points due important circumstances. In case this is inevitable we will inform you immediately. You can only refuse this change if your disadvantage will mean more then a little and Zinger Travel shall return your (already) payment on your account. |

Zinger Travel tries to make descriptions of the area, city and accommodation as accurate as possible. Of course it is always possible that things have changed which Zinger Travel doesn't know about and also cannot be held responsible for it. Zinger Travel cannot be held responsible for things out of its control like war activities, weather conditions, men at work, nature disasters, or laid-up prohibition by the government. For damage, loss or accidents during your holiday Zinger Travel cannot be held responsible. Zinger Travel cannot be held responsible if the agreement will not be carried out in the right way in case the customer is responsible for shortcoming in the execution. In case Zinger Travel will be responsible towards the customer for a less holiday pleasure, in all cases the compensate will never be more then the total amount that is paid for the accommodation. This also if the customer will have damage when practicing his or her profession or company. It can happen that there can be no use of some facilities mentioned in the description for what reason ever. So it can happen that a swimming pool, sauna, bar, disco, shop or a restaurant is not opened still. It can happen that some facilities are sold are rented to third parties. Our organization excepts no responsibility for advertisement or other information published by third parties. |

In the Czech - and Slovak republic tourists have to pay tax. Although some Hotels don't always charge it, you have to count with it. You have to pay the tax at your stay and it will never be more than ± CZK 20,- per person a day. In some cases the accommodation prices are included this tourist tax. |

Not everywhere pets are allowed. In the description of all our accommodations you can read where they are allowed, as well as the price that you have to pay for them. Always mention it if you want to bring you pet, it will be notified on reservation confirmation form. A second pet goes on application. If you will mention this in a later stage we will charge you € 15,00 for the change we have to make. In the Czech - and Slovak republic are certain injection obliged. Consult your veterinary surgeon about these injections. |

You can enter the rooms of the Hotels and Pensions after 2pm on your arrival day. In regular you have to leave your room before 10am on your departure day. In case it will be impossible for you to arrive "on time" you have to inform the accommodation owner or manager. The phone number you will find in your documents. The Hotels and Pensions can be rent for minimum 2 nights or more, unless otherwise stated. |

The prices of the accommodations are stated in Euros (€), Czech- (CZK) or Slovak (SKK) crowns. Payment in Euros is possible (day currency). For prices already mentioned in Euros, Zinger Travel has the right, and in urgent cases it can happen, that Zinger Travel has to make a price correction. Even after your reservation and already done payments. An example is when the Czech Crown will rise extreme with regard to Euros. This price correction will not apply to payments already done, and will be made only once. This price correction will not give any rights to cancel the reservations with full refund. The standard canceling conditions will be valid. |

During the trip the traveler needs to be in possession of the necessary documents. A passport which is valid at least 3 months after departure, driving license and insurance card from the vehicle. The travel documents that you receive from Zinger Travel need to be checked very well before you leave. If you have any questions about these documents you have to contact our agency. If you will have problems to find your accommodation address you can call the phone number in your travel documents. In case of an emergency you can call our travel agency which you can also find in your travel documents. Zinger Travel can never be held responsible for damage or costs which are the results of missing valid documents. |

In case any circumstances force Zinger Travel to cancel the accommodation, Zinger Travel will notify their customers immediately. Zinger Travel has to be given the chance to offer an equal alternative. If Zinger Travel cannot offer an equal alternative, Zinger Travel will immediately transfer the paid money to the renters account. The renter has no more and other right then to ask back for his paid money only. |

In spite of all our carefulness it can happen to find shortcomings in the execution of the agreement on the spot. First you have to report this at the owner of the accommodation and try to handle it at the spot. In case these shortcomings will not be solved within reasonable time you have to contact our agency so we can find a suitable solution. If this solution will not lead to satisfaction you have to make your complain to Zinger travel in written form only and within one week after departure. In case you cannot enter the chosen accommodation and the reason is acceptable, Zinger Travel has to make sure it offers an equal accommodation. The acceptation of this equal accommodation disposes the right on refund and the discomfort. An early leaving without notifying Zinger travel and not giving us the change to solve the problem discharges Zinger travel in any duty to refund. Choosing other accommodation than was offered by Zinger Travel cancels all rights on refund. In case you leave the accommodation without notifying the owner, key keeper or Zinger travel, all the consequences or damage will be on renters account. Group complains, which means complains made by other persons then the main renter will not be considered by Zinger travel. Complains which are not mentioned at the spot or made with the wrong procedure will not be considered on a later point of time, because we did not have the change to solve the problem at the spot. |

Responsibility
of the renter
Energy
and water The use of water and electricity is in the most cases included in the price. For example electricity use till ± 100 KWh / week otherwise stated. If it will not be included it will be mentioned in the description of the object and on the voucher. Extra use you have to pay at the spot. Fire wood is till a certain amount for free. In the high season the heating is included in the price.
Security
deposit Notice that in some cases you have to pay a security deposit. In case the renter is not able to pay this security deposit, the accommodation can be refused. The security deposit has to paid only in cash money. checks etc. will not be accepted. At departure the security deposit minus the eventual damage will be paid back. The owner has the right to compensate the damage with money to make it minus on the security deposit. Zinger Travel is not a party in this and is not responsible for refund of the security deposit.
End
cleaning The houses has to be kept in good condition and has to be cleaned before departure. When it seams with the key transfer that the house was not maintained well, the owner has the right to charge cleaning costs.
Arrival
and departure holiday houses and apartments You can
rent the houses for 7 nights are a multiple of this. In de high season always
from Saturday till Saturday. The arrival (in case otherwise stated) has to be
between 3pm - 6pm. In regular you have to leave the house before 10am. In your
voucher you will find your exact times. Out of the season it is possible in many
cases to rent the house for example 4 or 10 days. Always ask our agency about
possibilities.

We recommend to arrange a travel- and cancel insurance. From the moment you have these insurance you are no longer responsible for the total amount of money in case something forces you to cancel your trip. You can make this at your local insurance company, because we as a Czech Travel agency cannot arrange this for foreigners. We consider only cancellations in written form. Note: If you have or don't have an insurance Zinger Travel charges the cancellation fee mentioned below. |
