Martina
Villa Martina is situated just 3 km away from the picturesque small town
of Primosten. The villa is situated on a small hill that gives a lovely
view over the clear blue sea and the islands. The rocky and pebble beach
is just 150 meters away from the villa. It is perfect for (sun) bathing,
sailing, diving or surfing.
Accommodation
The villa offers 8 comfortable apartments for 4 till 6 persons. Every apartment has two
bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, a bathroom with shower and
toilet, satellite TV and a balcony. The most of them have a view on the
sea.
Services
Parking (in the shadow) is possible right next to the house. Also the
house offers a grill (barbecue) that can be used by guests. Very near from
the villa you will find a shop (1 km), restaurant (200 meters) and
discotheque Aurora (4km). Every morning between 8 and 9 somebody is coming
with fresh bread and milk. They will stop almost next to the villa. So it
will not be so much trouble to have fresh milk and bread every morning.
Dogs are allowed in only one apartment. This apartment is one big
apartment (50 m2) and does not have separate rooms.
Note: On arrival day the room can be
entered after 14.00 hours, and at departure day the room has to be empty
at 10.00 hours in the morning. Also the owners expect that you
leave the room in a reasonable clean state. Finish your last dishes and
clean the floor with broom. If you leave the room unclean, the owner can
charge you 30,- for it.
