We offer accommodation in a guesthouse with apartments for companies and private persons. The new business center lies in the near neighborhood, and offers for you as a company possibilities for trainings, seminars, meetings and so on. or you can just bring a visit to the business center. The guesthouse is also very suitable for families with children.

Guesthouse Villa Adam, with garden, offers a romantic stay suitable for families with children. It offers rest and comfort, is very clean, with a homely atmosphere, and that all for reasonable prices. The house lies on a location very near to the center, close to the historical “Vysehrad” and the "congress center", and close to the underground station of the "Prague revolution" ”line C”. It is the third stop from the “Wenceslav square” and the walk zone. The ride with the underground will take you 7 minutes. The house lies in the residential area of “Podoli” and offers comfortable accommodation in Prague. This area is well known because of its quietness, and beautiful gardens. There is nothing to less traffic, and that is why parking next to the house never is a problem. 500 meter away from the house you can find a pub, a restaurant, the park of the Czech TV Studios, the park called “Kavčích horách”, and more pubs and restaurants. The food is very good, and is cheaper as if you would buy it in the center, and it is a very comfortable area. A taxi will cost around 150 to 200 Czech Crowns. Our house is easy to find. Look down at "Navigation" how you have to drive. The house Villa Adam offers accommodation in Prague, in the form of 3 apartments with bathroom and a TV Set. The bathrooms have a hairdryer, and on the floor you will find a fridge, water cooker, a herd to cook something simple. The rooms can be used as single, double, triple-bedded, or as four bedded rooms. On the ground floor you'll find a studio with private entrance (also accessible via the terrace). It offers a fully utilized kitchen with all accessories.

Accommodation in Prague - Apartments
The apartments offer standard different kinds of accommodation. It means from single till 6 bedded rooms. The apartments are fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor of the building you will find luxury apartments, who will fulfill the wishes of the most demanding customer. The apartments offer a view over Prague, and the old "Vysehrad". For bigger groups we have also a room where you can celebrate parties of any kind, or for your your company meetings and so on. This room has also a large terrace with a view over Prague. The total capacity is 50 beds plus some available extra beds. The house lies in a quiet area, and that is why parking next to the house will never be a problem. It lies also close to the center, only 3 stops away to the "Wenceslas square".

Tips for daytrips in Prague, or in the area of the house

Tips for children: there is a bobsleigh track in Prague 9, and in April there are always extra events for children and adults.
