The house is situated in stunning and beautiful outlands of the Bohemian
forest, with clean air to breath, and which is also influenced by air
streams from the Alps. The guest house offers a unique opportunity to
spend a few days of pleasant moments, in an environment that invites very
much to relax. In the house we offer comfortable accommodation. Every room
is equipped with a TV set, a shower, and a toilet.

We
offer excellent cuisine in beautiful surroundings. We have opportunities
for family recreation and festivities in our restaurant. Our restaurant is
exceptional, and not only because of the interior, with cold looking
stones in combination with warm looking wood, but also because of our good
food, where many dishes are available, which are inspired by the Czech and
foreign cuisine. Low fat food like salmon and trout, or chicken- and
turkey steaks. If you prefer pork or beef, we have delicious steaks. We
also offer vegetarian food, such as pastas, salads, soups, and delicious
deserts. If you can not find something between our rich menu, have a talk
with the cook, and he will prepare your own chosen meal. During the summer
you can enjoy our terrace with barbecue. The area Lipno is known as a
famous sport fishing paradise. many fisherman already caught here their
"dream fish". If you catch something, bring it back to the
house, and our cook will prepare it for you. Our restaurant is available
whole year for parties, anniversaries and weddings. Just give us a call.
We have a sauna, and a storage room for bikes, bicycles and skies.
The
area Lipno
Lipno
- also called the southern see from the Czech Republic. It has the largest
water surface of the Czech Republic. Lipno has already been a long time an
attractive holiday resort. You
will find many sport and cultural opportunities, such as those you will
find nowhere in the Czech Republic. The Lipno region
is certainly not boring, and it does not matter whether it is winter or
summer, or how old or how young you are, and how fit. There is something
for everyone to find. Bicycle - there are hundreds of kilometers of
bicycle paths, with different difficulties. Very interesting are the roads
in unspoilrd nature. You can find them on the right bank of the lake, whre
you will have possibilities to go towards Austria, and especially not to
forget the Scharzenberg navigation channel. (unique in the world – 90km
long). Popular destinations around Lipno
–
there are many attractions available. The most famous is the "Plešné"
lake. It is a beautiful relic from the ice age, here to see in the
Bohemian forest. The length of the route is about 7km. The route start at
“Plesne“ and ends at “Nove Peci“. Also very popular is the “Beer
route“. This nature trail is the oldest in the Bohemian forest. The name
is due to the fate of the last beer in the Bohemian forest. Don’t forget
to watch the underground electrical plant, and the ruins of "Vítkův
Kámen" which has a nice view on the Lipno area, or the “Moldau
Blick" tower in Austria. Sport in Lipno - swimming, skiing,
cross-country skiing, skating. Lovers of open water, the waterpark
“Marino Lipno“, the wellness center “Frymburk“, for tourist who
prefer an indoor swimming pool. Windsurfing, this area is made for this
dynamic sport. Lipno is proclaimed to be the biggest windsurfing area in
the Czech Republic. This also applies for sailing. Everything is very
easily accessible, there is a harbour with all facilities, and you can
rent a boat there. Fishing - Lipno is a paradise for fisherman.
Many fisherman already caught there “Dream fish“ here. Historical
monuments around Lipno – Cesky Krumlov, a medieval city which is on
the UNESCO list. A unique monument with magnificent castle. The ruins of
the hill of St. Tomas. The unique Schwarzenberg (navigation) channel. The
Rosenburg castle, and the monastery in “Vyssi brod“. Winter in
Lipno - skiing, cross-country, skating. The area offers great downhill
and cross country trails in various difficulties. You have the simple
slopes in Frymburk, the family ski resort Lipno, with 10 km of downhills,
chairlifts, and a place for children. It is illuminated at night, and has
a small amusement park. The location of the house offers good conditions
to travel to more comfortable areas such as Hochficht in Austria,
Mitterdorf in Germany, the largest one is Hochficht, it is a modern
resort, with luxury facilities. Very popular is skating on the frozen
lake. You can skate safe on open places and for very long distances. E new
sport is “Kitesport“. Something like paragliding, but then with you
skies or skates on. In the winter you can swim in the aquapark
“Aquaworld“ in Lipno nad Vltavou, or at the wellness center in
Frymburk. It has a big swimming pool.
