Characteristics of the house
Proudly we present our boardinghouse available to you. Our technical staff is nonstop available to fulfill your needs, including providing information about the environment and the possibilities. Customers not only receive a key to the room, but also of the building, It will allow you complete freedom of coming and going. The building is accessible by car, and you can park in a lighted parking lot that can be locked. The entire building is heated by a stove accumulation. Each room has its own bathroom, kitchenette with refrigerator, and the necessary equipment you can expect in a kitchen. If you don't like to cook yourself, don't worry. There are plenty of restaurants nearby (200 meter). We also provides some basic refreshments such as soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. It is self-service, and is regularly updated. At departure you will be charged for that you have used. There is also a wide assortment Moravian wines available.

*	Our Pension is highly appreciated by families with children, partly because of our large garden.
*	A part of the garden is with garden furniture, there is a barbecue, and for children there is a swing, and a carousel.

What can we offer?
The family boardinghouse is available throughout the whole year. Total capacity: 26 beds (23 beds + 3 extra beds. Rooms: 5x a double room, 3x a triple room with an extra bed, and 1x a 4-bedded room. Room equipment: bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with hot and cold water, kitchenette with basic equipment such as crockery, fridge, cooker, kettle and table and chairs. There is a desk, closet, lamp and an alarm clock. Equipment building: there is an Internet connection, a common room with TV / SAT (capacity 20 seats ), wine bar, smoke room, back entrance, storage room for bikes and skis, table tennis, and rental of various sports equipment. Care: Self-catering, at request we can arrange your breakfast (continental breakfast, and for groups from the buffet). We can book a restaurant for you (200 meter), or arrange buffets with various choice, and we have ourselves a wide range of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, including Moravian wines. We also have our own source of drinking water. It has from a high quality, and is regularly monitored. You can park next to the house. It can be locked, and it is for free. If you want to make a day trip with public transport, we will be glad to advice how, where and when.

Sports and entertainment
The boardinghouse Dita is situated in an attractive area called the "Adršpach" rocks. The broad nature of sandstone is a romantic paradise for hikers. Clearly indicated routes lead you through all the typical rock formations.

Historical monuments and tourist destinations. Those who are interested in history, will certainly opt for one of the many routes of cultural relics:
*	Broumov (monastery), Náchod (castle), Nove Mesto nad Metují (castle), Kuks (historic pharmacy, Bethlehem), Ratibořice (castle), Dobrošov (military fort / bunker), Dvur Králové nad Labem (ZOO, Safari).
*	During every season you can visit the not so far away mountain "the Snezka". It is the highest mountain in the Czech Republic (1602 m).
*	The border with Poland is only 4 and 11 km away, and in the meanwhile we have open borders.
Sport activities in the summer:
*	Hiking, cycling, climbing and swimming.
*	Collect / search of berries (including mushrooms, blueberries, cranberries)
.*	Riding on horseback in the "Adršpach: area, sightseeing flights (Broumov), riding on bicycle (Teplice nad Metují), fishing and hunting is possible, massage- and cosmetic service.
*	Assistants with climbing (guide), day trips on the bicycle, auto kart, and a sports hall.
Sport activities in the winter - The area belongs to the so called "cold climate" area. Suitable for a quiet winter, especially for guests who don't like the crowd so much. Perfect for the not demanding winter sport lover.
*	Cross-country skiing is possible throughout the whole areaL Beautiful area with lots of trails.
*	The closest ski area is only 1 km away from the house. Further you'll find the ski area Kamenec, with artificial snow, a ski school, night skiing, night skiing, snow park. Other possibilities are: Petříkovice / artificial snow, Radvanice (13 km), and on some places you can also skate.
*	Sports hall, carting, bowling, massage, Pedicure, cosmetic service, and riding on horseback.
