The area &The villa
Pec pod Sněžkou you'll find next to tributaries of the brook Zelený potok (Green brook), namely the Úpa and the Lučního potoka. On the map you'll find it somewhere between several mountains like the černou horou (1299 m.), Jelením vrchem (1024 m.), Liščí horou (1363 m.), Studniční hory (1554 m.) and the mount Sněžka (1602 m.). The mount Sněžka is the highest mountain in the Czech Republic. Pec pod Sněžkou lies in a valley between all these mountains, on 769 meters above the sea level. Not difficult to understand that snow sports are one of the most popular sport here. Pec pod Sněžkou was a mining facility (copper, arsenic and iron) from the 16th to the 19th century. Tourism started after the first world war, and slowly the whole area turned in to a center with many possibilities.

 The apartment building Villa Eden lies in a beautiful and quiet area near to a touristy trace towards Růžohorky and Sněžka. The original villa is from 1932, but is completely rebuild in 2004. It offers high-quality accommodation in the forest, but at the same time also close to the center of Pec pod Sněžkou.

Vila Eden offers accommodation in apartments for 2 - 6 people, all apartments have stylish solid wood furniture with own social facilities like toilet and shower. In the apartments you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric cooker and fast-boil kettle. Bedding is included. Also in every apartment you'll find a television set with satellite.

Tourist possibilities & Service
In the summer you can try to climb the Sněžka at Obří důl (in the winter it will be to dangerous), or visit the Růžová hora, to see the beautiful panorama of the Krkonoše mountains (Giant mountains) with the highest mountain of Czech republic, the Sněžka. From villa Eden to the top of the Sněžka is only 6.5 km. Also it is possible to take the cable way. It is only 800 meters away from the villa. In the winter of course the area is a paradise for those who like winter sports. The ski bus stop is only 100 meters away from the villa, or take the cable way, it is 400 meters away from the villa. You can park your car for free, and actually you will not need it during you holiday. In the winter season also the Jeep of Vila Eden offers some transport service.
