Location
The guesthouse offers their services already since 1998. It is situated right in Spindleruv mlyn it selves, not far away from the downhill's Medvedin and Svaty Peter. Medvedin is about 8 till 10 minutes walking, and Svaty Peter around 20 minutes. There is also the possibility to take the ski bus. The ski bus is for free if you have a valid ski pas, and the bus stop is around 200 meters away from the house.

Rooms
The house offers double rooms with possibilities for extra beds, and it offers apartments with several beds. These apartments have their own kitchen corner which are fully utilized. All rooms have their own toilet and shower. Some rooms even have a bathtub. The rooms have a satellite TV, a safe, and a hairdryer. A ski seller is available to store your skies, and here you'll find also a shoe dryer for your ski boots. Especially for families the house offers more apartments with an own fully equipped kitchen. Not only breakfast, but also parking, tourist taxes, 2 hours sauna, and a welcome drink during the winter season is included in the accommodation price.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the accommodation price, and can be taken from the buffet every morning between 7.30 and 9.30 hours. The breakfast room is not only suitable for breakfast, but offers also possibilities to relax with friends, and have a nice refreshment.

Parking
Parking is also included in the accommodation price, but there is also the possibility to rent a garage, but some apartments have the garage included though.

Sauna
2 hours usage (per week) of the sauna is for free for guests.

Possibilities within 5 minutes from the house
Summer- and Autumn guests can combine hiking with a visit to the amusement houses.  Spindleruv mlyn offers a series of popular attractions, for example: Slay tracks and Rodel tracks which are all year open. There are swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, tennis courts, Squash, Bowling and so on.
